Our head chef, Walter Boschin’s menu is composed of dishes that will appeal to a wide audience and makes sense for the warmer months of spring and summer.  The fresh and locally inspired menu uses seasonal ingredients and local produce to feature a range of modern Australian dishes and classic pub meals; with a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan options available.

Bread and pasta are made in house, and all feta, halloumi, and ricotta cheese used in the menu are made by sous chef Oz Turgin.
